First Scoble, now Bill

Billg announced today a two year transition plan to step down to a part time position -- and Ray Ozzie stepping up as chief software architect.  Wow. 

Allchin, Scoble, Bill ... so much change.  Change can be a good thing ... but boy, it can be disconcerting.  Much more to come, I'm sure.
